Chapter History

The Gamma Mu chapter holds a distinguished position as the 86th link in the enduring legacy of the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Established on October 7th, 1950, at the University of Nebraska of Omaha, our chapter has since played a pivotal role in shaping the lives of countless women. Over the decades, Gamma Mu has served as a nurturing environment for personal growth and development, fostering strong bonds of sisterhood and leadership. Today, our chapter proudly has a membership exceeding 70 dedicated individuals, each committed to upholding the core values and traditions of Zeta Tau Alpha. Through our collective efforts, we continue to empower and inspire the next generation of women leaders, ensuring our enduring impact on campus and beyond.
